The Celestial Mountains Guesthouse has a good location, in a quiet spot overlooking the eastern end of the town, near the main road into, (out of), Naryn. It is in a modernized, refurbished building that can cater for up to 25 people in 11 rooms. The guesthouse has a small, friendly staff and provides modern and clean showers and toilets, hot water provided by specially installed heaters.  The guests can use a TV room with a selection of English and Russian language videos, telephone and fax facilities with international dialing. The dining area provides a menu designed to appeal to Western guests and local dishes are also available. The hotel’s facilities include ample parking space for cars and minibuses. Guesthouse Asel has a large conference room at our home for up to 25 people. We grow ecological products from our own garden and our house is very cosy. We can cook all national dishes.

Summer camp Karajylga

From June till September, Kyrgyz shepherds from the Murgab region graze their herd of yaks in the region of the Zorkul lake, near the Afghan border.

On the field, the local family will organize for you tour around on yak, on horse or on donkey.

The camp is situated 5 km from the Eastern lake of the Zorkul region and Pamir valley : Karadung lake (4374 m. alt.). The Zorkul lake, the main lake in the region is situated 23km West from yurts. 

The place is surrounded by two mountain ranges, to the north by the Alichur-south mountains, and to the south by the Vakhan mountain range, which marks the border with Afghanistan. Most of the peaks culminate at more than 5000 meters above sea level.
